Complaints and compliments

To pursue a complaint please put your concerns in writing for the attention of Mr Aras Abdal, Practice Manager, who will deal with your concerns appropriately.

You can request a hard copy of the complaints Policy and Procedure form via email on partingtoncentral@nhs.net

We aim to acknowledge the complaint within three working days and fully investigate the complaint within 1 calendar month of the date it was received. If we expect it to take longer we will explain the reason for the delay and provide an estimated date for completion. You will receive a final letter setting out the result of any practice investigations.
